It is already in the name what we are doing, a search for a home, your home. We are specialised in rentals for expatriates who are searching for a home in Alkmaar, Bergen or surroundings. Mostly we represent the owners of the houses, but it is also possible that you do business with our company.

SERVICE
For us mediation means to be involved, a good service, adapted to your needs, but also a good after-sales. We are here for your interest! You go back to that company where you feel comfortable and where they help you with expert knowledge. But above all where they take the time for you to explain how the system works in The Netherlands and show you all available houses and apartments that meet your requirements. Alexa Housing Agency realises that and besides finding you the perfect home, we also accompany you with a lot of other things.

AFTER-SALES
Once an agreement has been reached, this does not mean that our service terminates at the same time. We will assist you in filling in your application for gas, electricity, water and cable television. If necessary we can help you also with an insurance, a parking permit or if you have some other questions, you can always ask us.

When you leave The Netherlands a checkout will be made by the owner or his representative. As an extra service, we will accompany you with the inspection.
